c. Date of the incident or action giving rise to the complaint (if applicable);
d. Specific remedy sought (if applicable); and
e. Any other information as deemed appropriate by the sender.
There are no fees involved in submitting a question or concern through this process. Interested or affected parties can raise queries or concerns without fear of retaliation for concerns raised in good faith. We take confidentiality very seriously. All submissions will be handled with the utmost care to protect your privacy. You may request that your identity and any personal information remain confidential, and we will not disclose your details to any third party without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to investigate and address the concern. All personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable laws and our privacy notice.

As a portfolio company of Golden Gate Ventures, CLIKA's stakeholders (including but not limited to employees, customers, investors, and vendors) may also raise concerns or report instances of misconduct by contacting Golden Gate Ventures directly or by filing a submission with the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) through the bank's Project-affected People's Mechanism (PPM) submission webpage. Where applicable, stakeholders may also raise concerns through other applicable external accountability mechanisms.
