Job Overview

High-performance computing algorithms are the engine that drives Deep Learning and makes it possible.

We are looking for an HPC Software Engineer who is versatile, demonstrates leadership qualities, and is eager to take on new challenges. As part of the CLIKA team, you will gain industrial experience across a broad spectrum of advanced deep learning techniques while developing best practices in high-performance AI infrastructure.

Core Responsibilities

• Work closely with researchers and product teams to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve neural network models across standard and edge accelerators
• Manage individual customer projects, including priorities, deadlines, deliverables, and direct collaboration with highly skilled deep learning engineers
• Build core software components powering CLIKA products
• Develop robust, high-performance software using modern C++
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code‍

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Strong team player with excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Experience with Linux, Git, and Python
• Experience with modern C++, including software design and performance analysis in low-latency or high-performance computing environments

Preferred Qualifications

• M.Sc / PhD in Computer Science or equivalent degree
• Low-level assembly and SIMD programming
• Multicore programming, parallelism, and concurrency
• Compiler development or code generation experience
• CUDA programming experience
• Experience with at least one major ML framework (TensorFlow or PyTorch)
• Experience translating advanced academic ideas into production-ready systems
